for my point of view it did not work like i thought it should when you blow on it it did not heat up like i wanted it to when i put it on my hubby he said he felt no difference and when he put it on me no difference at all there was no heat no nothing so for me i dont think this product was not worth my $$$ and this is a stick and does not taste that good at all, now this is just my view on this and can work different for others
