Shipping and Return Policy

All financial transactions are made under the name PTH to ensure complete discretion.

All packages are shipped in plain brown or USPS priority boxes with no identifying marks on the outside as to what could possibly be in the box.

The address label on the box will be addressed from: Shipping Dept

.We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States.

Your order will 98% of the time ship the next business day that you order the product, if the order is submitted Sunday through Thursday before our 8:30 pm est. deadline. The warehouses are closed on weekends and do not ship. Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day of your order.

For example, if you order an item on a Friday or a Saturday, the next business day (normally, with the exception of a Monday Holiday) would be Monday. If you pay for next day shipping, you should receive it by Tuesday.

We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is not 100% complete.

At A1 Adult Sex Toys we know you have a choice when it comes to Adult Novelties. Customer care is our number one priority! There are thousands of companies that can sell you Sex Toys but none of them offering a return policy like ours, only we offer the old school art of True Customer Service.

We believe that actions speak louder then words and we mean what we say.

If you decide that it is not really what you wanted we will make every effort to find you what you were hoping to receive. We prefer to replace your item, but if that is not possible we will consider a refund.

We guarantee all items for 30 days to be free of manufacture defects, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you. You must contact us first before returning an item! �returns@a1adultsextoys.com This is to ensure that you ship the item to the correct address, it also ensures that we handle your concerns quickly and that you don't slip through the cracks.

Please keep in mind that all items in this industry can no longer be sold again once they leave our warehouses due to the nature of their use and that buying multiple items and returning the ones you don't care for will not be acceptable. Our intentions are to offer great customer service, and resolve any dissatisfaction with purchases. Please direct your concerns to orders@a1adultsextoys.com. �

At any time we reserve the right to resort to the Return Policy as outlined below should we feel that it is deemed necessary on a case by case basis ... but for all intensive purposes the Return Policy is obsolete as it directly conflicts with our Customer Service Policy. For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Policy

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). You must contact us at returns@a1adultsextoys.com for an RMA. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days after RMA is issued to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will NOT issue a refund for a product without measurements due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

In your return package please include:

The packing slip.

A note telling us what the problem was.

A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
